In the Land of Floral

This day was so lovely; the weather was the perfect gloomy crisp-ness and there was nobody out so we had this beautiful park (which happens to be one of our favorites) all to ourselves to explore.
Now, I had this floral dress tucked away for quite some time (a year or two actually) and when I pulled it out I immediately knew it would be perfect to wear with one of my favorite vintage hats; and I was so right.  This dress is also a little extra special because it is the very first real vintage dress I owned.
