Pasadena

I love Pasadena!  Usually I'm only in Pasadena on a Saturday night through Sunday afternoon for the Rose Bowl Flea Market but have always wanted to explore the city outside of Rose Bowl Drive.  So, when the mister & I had plans to be in LA last Thursday for a concert, we decided to make a mini trip out of it and head down and stay the night in Pasadena on Wednesday.
After checking in to our usual hotel, we checked out Pink Plum which always has awesome stuff and the guys that work there are so fun!  I ended up scoring a great bag and the most amazing brown linen/chiffon number that is just beyond (I plan on doing another blog post soon about my lovely vintage finds).  After that we checked out a couple more great vintage shops where I picked up a couple things and then we settled in for the night.
Thursday is when the amazing thrifting began.  We started off our morning with some great coffee at Zona Rosa Caffe and then went to literally every thrift store in town, with a couple antique shops thrown in as well.  It. Was. Amazing!  I scored some awesome deals and got the perfect mix of things for me to keep and things for the shop!
